Shipping & Returns
All our orders are sent out packed safely in a padded envelope or boxed for larger bulk orders.
Where packaging has been supplied by the designer/manufacturer this is used otherwise the item will be packaged in a Boho Fashion Jewellery storage pouch or bubblewrapped.
However, if the item is for a present or you would simply like a different box for storage we have the option for you to purchase a Boho Fashion Jewellery Gift Box.
Shipping
United Kingdom deliveries typically take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive* - please also allow 2 days for order processing. *please note additional lead times apply for made-to-order items, please consult the product description.
We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched. All Orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.
If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.
Shipping costs are clearly shown when you add an item to your shopping basket.
Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered or personalised items. Courier delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.
Postage
Boho Fashion Jewellery offer FREE shipping to all orders over £75 in value sent to United Kingdom destinations.
Boho Fashion Jewellery orders to UK addresses are sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
For customers based outside of the UK (including the Republic of Ireland) orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Signed For service.
International customers who require urgent delivery are welcome to contact us prior to placing their order and we can advise of alternative postage costs via a suitable courier and make appropriate arrangements for you

Returns and Refunds
At Boho Fashion Jewellery we like all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, less deduction for postage and card charges. The following terms apply:1) Our returns policy is strictly 7 days
2) The item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled, perfumed or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
2) Refunds are subject to deduction of postage charges and a 2.5% card payment processing charge to cover card charges.
3) Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
4) You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. If items are to be exchanged for alternative goods a postage charge will apply for the re-sending of goods.
5) As with any other jewellery company we cannot accept a return on earrings or other pierced body jewellery for hygiene reasons and these items are entirely non-refundable.
6) Items marked as 'Made-to-order', 'Bespoke' or 'Commissioned' are also non-refundable unless faulty as these are not stock pieces and have been made specifically for you.PLEASE NOTE:
We are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, you are strongly advised to use a signed-for (tracked) delivery service when returning orders, we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
We advise customers to bear in mind if they are returning items of jewellery via Royal Mail, that jewellery is not insured against losses or damage unless sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (where insurance up to the value of £500 applies), losses or damage to items of jewellery sent via normal post, or via Recorded Delivery are not covered by Royal Mails insurance and customers will not be able to submit a claim. We recommend you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
To return an item to Boho Fashion Jewellery please contact us first!
Once a customer support member has reviewed your request you will be emailed with confirmation of an authorised return and sent an RMA note. Please then print the RMA note, and attach it to the front of your package - this includes a return address and RMA number (this allows us to process your package promptly upon return).
All returns must have a valid RMA number in order to qualify for refund, Boho Fashion Jewellery take no responsibility for unsolicited returns that do not follow the procedure specified.
Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.
